Side A concert in Singapore

There has been infromation and poster in Singapore, specifically at Downtown East, near Pasir Ris MRT, that says Side A concert is confirmed for April 9. While a (deleted) post in PinoySG says it's on April 12, 2009 at the Downtown East complex. Can anyone confirm this? So we can plug it here in eRadioportal? Where can tickets be bought? The poster says its at ticket.com. But Ticket.com does not list the Side A concert.
